Thanks to Paul, there was a miracle in my life. I was separated from my little sister after numerous foster families together. The last family we were together with was to adopt both of us, but after 9 months of being a real family, I was sent away, never to see my little sister again After promising to always take care of my sister, the devastation was tremendous. I was 7 yrs. old and my sister Teri was only 4 when we were torn apart. It's been 40 years of searching and asking questions of Social Services with no answers. My wife spent 10-12 yrs searching online. I have a terminal illness, a rare lung disease that is genetic. The importance of finding Teri was tremendous. I received a phone call from Paul about a month ago (My wife registered Teri and I on his website), and he was able to give me some information that I had tried to get for a very long time. I asked him to help me and in a week he had a long list of information about my sister. A week later I had my sisters phone number, All I had to do was call her. I finally phoned her and she knew who I was immediately. We talked for some time on the phone and have since been e-mailing each other. We've exchanged some pictures and hopefully will be able to see each other soon. She lives across the country, so it will take a little planning. Thanks again to Paul for lifting a huge weight of despair and emptiness from my life, I feel like a complete person again. After 40 years, that's a huge weight! Words are not good enough to describe what Paul has done for me, I will forever be grateful for his part of my miracle.
