Paul,  I feel as though I know you even though we've never met because you were instrumental in changing not only my life, but all those around me. On July 22 @ 9:13 p.m. Ryan called to talk to the woman who gave birth to him almost 34 years earlier, but had never seen. Our conversation lasted nearly an hour that night, but I didn't hear much after the first 15 minutes due to the fog that engulfed my consciousness . As my husband said, I had the deer caught in headlights look. After the initial shock, which lasted a couple of weeks, Ryan flew to Jax for our first meeting. Attached are some of the pictures we took the first day of his visit. Since then, my husband and I spent a weekend in early October with Ryan and his family in Bradenton and plan to see them again sometime over the holiday season.

Thank you for turning my comfortable mundane existence upside down and giving me a zest for life that I did not think was possible again. He has given a whole new world to me, his half sister, my husband and the rest of my family. I love him so much and appreciate the work you do in bringing families back together.
