Legal Notice of Adoption - This is a notice of adoption
that sometimes will be located in a legal newspaper or
the general newspaper in the area where the surrender
or the adoption would have taken place. In some cases,
it was needed for the adoption to be finalized. An
example of when the legal notice of adoption would be
needed is if the biological father could not be served
proper notice of adoption proceeding and so otherwise
would not legally have knowledge of the adoption.
